Role: Responsible for the Define section - creating content, creating videos, and managing workshops end to end. Assisted with content creation and facilitation for the other modules - Discover, Ideate, and Prototype & Learn. Worked with one Senior Graphic Designer and Engagement Manager

Problem

Build an understanding and appreciation of the value of HCD for government officials to implement HCD within their communities. Have a special focus on HIV interventions

Course Snapshot

We first conducted a co-creation workshop with the officials to understand their goals and design the curriculum basis their learning style

I focused on creating content for the Define stage

Facilitated Day 2 of the four-day workshop where participants created journey and system maps based on short interviews they conducted.

The teams chose problem statements related to HIV and sexual health. These included topics such as increasing HIV testing rates as well as addressing high rates of teenage pregnancy

Result: certified 40 government officials in HCD
